99 Nights in the Forest is truly one of Roblox’s most exciting games. And to add more excitement to the already successful Halloween event, we finally got the game’s first DLC.
Introducing the Deer Plushie, a limited toy that may or may not bite. You can get this Toy while it is still in stock(which is very rare currently).
But I can tell you right now, this DLC item is more than just a toy.
In this article, I will be giving you everything you need to know about this cute Plushie. With that said, let us check out what the item is all about.
What is the Deer Plushie
The Deer Plushie is a DLC item which was introduced on November 2, 2025. And it looks exactly like the Deer if it were smaller and cuter.

You also had to get it fast because as of right now, the DLC is already sold out. So let’s hope it comes out for sale again very soon.

Having said that, let’s find out how to get the content. That way, we won’t be caught off guard when it does come on sale again.
How to Get the Deer Plushie in 99 Nights in the Forest
You can Buy the Deer Plushie DLC either in-game or through the official Roblox website whenever it is on sale.
And this limited content is going to cost you $29.99 in total.
But for clarity, here is a step by step guide on how to get the Deer Plushie.
- Launch the 99 Nights in the Forest Game
- Select the Plushie DLC (If it has Buy Now) and Complete your purchase in-game
- Once you have made payments, simply start a new world and the Plushie will automatically be added to your account (Whenever you play)
I know there has been some confusion on how to get the Plushie. But it is really that easy.
After buying it (especially from the official channels), you won’t even get an activation code, because the DLC is already auto-activated to your account.
You can also get the actual plushie toy delivered to your address, but that will cost you a little bit more. And delivery dates will depend on your location or courier service used.
Now that you have the DLC item in-game, let’s activate it in your gameplay.
How to Use the Deer Plushie
After buying the Deer Plushie DLC, simply follow these steps to activate it in your gameplays:
- To get the Deer Buddy, you first need to collect 5 woods and grind them in the Crafting Table
- Once you do that, your deer buddy will spawn on top of the Grinder
- Afterwards, you’ll need to collect 15 logs and Grind
- Once you have done that, you can now craft the Toy Shelf which cost 15 wood
- Place the Toy Shelf anywhere you want
- Then put your Deer Buddy on the Toy Shelf (A total of 5 toys can be placed on shelf)

Interestingly enough, the Deer buddy is more than just a decorative item. And that is because it gives a 10% Healing Boost to you whenever you are near the Campfire.
This healing boost can also be stacked if more Deer Buddies are placed on the Toy Shelf. But to get the stacked healing effect, you need to play with others who also have the Deer Buddy.
Here is a breakdown of the healing boost you can expect:
| Deer Buddies on the Toy Shelf | Bonus Heal Boost near the Campfire |
| 1 | 10% |
| 2 | 21% |
| 3 | 34% |
| 4 | 50% |
| 5 | 75% |
Is the Deer Buddy Worth It
I would say its worth depends on you as a player. Are you a hardcore player in the game or do you just wanna show off in your lobby?
If that is the case then yes it is worth it, because the healing boost is so good during cultist attacks. And that certainly will help you survive many nights in the game.
But what do you think? Is the Deer Plushie DLC worth buying and would you be getting it?
Let us know in the comment section below.
