Having the best Garden in Roblox’s Plants vs Brainrots requires a lot of things, but having the best plant is perhaps the most important.
Now, don’t get me wrong, having the best brainrot is also equally important. But there is just something about having a great plant that makes the game feel more like aura farming instead.
So what is the best plant in the game, and why exactly is it the best? Before we can answer that question, we first need an in-depth look at what makes a plant good.
What Defines a Good Plant
There are a lot of ways by which we can “define” a Good plant in the game. And these are important because it changes the entire narrative of the plant in the long run.
Now, the most common way to know a good plant is from its damage stats. In simple terms, the higher the damage, the better the plant.
But the damage output of a plant can also be influenced by other factors like size, rarity, and even mutations. So you also need to factor in these things, and the probability of getting them.
We also need to factor in updates, plant nerfs/buffs, and ease to get.
So in a nutshell, we are going to be deciding the best plant in the game based off these factors:
- Damage Output
- Rarity
- Base Stats
- Chance to Get
The Best Plant in Plants Vs Brainrots
In previous updates, we’ve had several exclusive plants come and go, like the Apple Commando, and others. But nothing comes close to the Hallow Tree.
Now, the Hallow Tree is a plant that is extremely powerful. And the damage output in base form is testament to that fact.
A level 1 base form Hallow Tree deals 26k DPS, which is why this plant is by far the Best Limited Time Plant in the Game.
I mean, it even tops the recent Limited Tropic Sparino plant as well (hits damage of 20k DPS).

But like I said, the best plant in the game is also going to be based on chance to get as well. And unfortunately, the Hallow Tree was a limited plant for a short period of time.
Even if we weren’t considering the availability period, the Hallow Tree was also not a free plant. So you had to spend a lot of Robux in a row for a 1% chance of actually getting the seed.
As such, by my logic, the best plant in the game has to be something somewhat equally good, but free to get. Which is why that title firmly belongs to the Starfruit.
Stats and Rarity

The Starfruit definitely hits all the ticks when talking about the best plant overall. I mean it has a base damage output of 14,700 DPS which is almost close to the Tropical Sparino (Which isn’t free).
Sure it has a 0.02% chance of appearing in the store, but the fact still remains it is a free plant nonetheless. And if you are available during an admin abuse, you will most certainly get it in stock.
You can also get it from the shop for 619 Robux.

Final Thoughts
For a free to play game, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the best plant is a free plant. Even if the Hallow Tree dealt a million DPS, I would still stand firmly on the Starfruit being the best.
So in a sense, the best plants to you has to depend on whether or not you mind spending some extra bucks on the game.
If you do, then the Starfruit is the best plant. But if you don’t, then the Hallow Tree is without a doubt the strongest plant in the game.
