That’s where Blueprints come in. Blueprints unlock exclusive weapon recipes that do not appear through normal forging, giving players access to unique weapons with special stats and crafting chances.

What Are Blueprints in The Forge?
Blueprints are special unlockable recipes that permanently add new weapons to your forging pool. Unlike normal weapons, blueprint items:
- Cannot be crafted unless the blueprint is owned
- Appear as special outcomes in the Forge menu
- Can be enhanced heavily using rare ores
- Remain unlocked permanently once purchased
As of now, Blueprints only exist for weapons, not armor.

Currently, there are two Blueprints available in the game. Both were introduced during the Frostspire Christmas update and are tied to the holiday event.

How to Get Blueprints in The Forge
At the moment, both Blueprints are exclusive to the Christmas Store.
Christmas Store Location
- Travel to Frostspire Expanse Island
- Look for the Santa NPC near the spawn ship
- Interact with Santa to open the Christmas Store
The store uses XMas Tickets, a limited-time event currency.

How to Earn XMas Tickets

- Completing all tasks rewards a large amount of tickets
- Tasks reset daily
- Tickets can only be earned during the Christmas event
Consistently completing daily tasks is the fastest way to unlock both Blueprints.

How to Use Blueprints in The Forge
Once you purchase a Blueprint:
- The weapon is permanently unlocked
- It appears in the Forge probability menu
- You can craft it randomly while forging

The final weapon result still depends on ore selection, so rare ores drastically improve outcomes.
Are Blueprint Weapons Worth It?
