How to Awaken Fruits in Blox Fruits (With Prices)

I sometimes feel that Roblox owners have some deep affection for Anime. That’s why, we have seen some really good Anime games on the platform.

Blox Fruits is one of the games that I really like. It is heavily inspired from One Piece including power puffed fruits.

Blox Fruits is all about the crazy fruits and the power they have to offer. Some helps you fly, some helps you run like a Leopard (I wanna call it cheetah,,,lol), some gives you extra ordinary fighting power.

And top of that, there is a way to upgrade the fruits to unlock unique powers and full potential. Sounds crazy, right?

The upgrading system is called Awakening. Not every Fruit available in Blox Fruits can be upgraded or Awaken. It’s currently limited to 11 Special Fruits. Don’t worry, we will talk about them in detail in our guide to Awaken Fruits in Blox Fruits.

What exactly you need to Awaken Fruits in Blox Fruits?

Now that you know what is Awakening, now I’ll try to make you understand what exactly is needed to Awaken fruits – in most easiest language. Actually, let me show you what I made for you!

Well, this particular infographic helped me understand the entire process of Awakening.

You need to have the special special currency called Fragments to Awaken a Fruit in Blox Fruit. But, the thing is you can’t simply buy them using the store or from Robux. Even if you buy or earn Robux for free, the only way to earn Fragments is by completing Raids.

Now, look at the image I shared before. Make sense, right?

So, first need to understand how to earn Fragments from a Raid and before that how to compete in a Raid.

Requirements to Initiate a Raid

Well, anyone can participate in a Raid, but not everyone can host it. To host a Raid, you must –

  • 1. Reach Level 1,100 –

You’re free to join Raids as soon as you make it to the New World, but hosting one is a different story. To start your own, you need to grind all the way to Level 1,100. It takes time, so be ready for the climb.

  • 2. Have A Raid Chip –

Every Raid needs a Raid Chip. You can either buy one for 100,000 Beli (with a two-hour cooldown) or hand over any Fruit to the Mysterious Scientist. Without it, you won’t even get through the door.

There are two Mysterious Scientists you can find in the game.

The first one is tucked away inside a hidden room in the Laboratory on the cold side of Hot and Cold Island in the Second Sea. The other shows up in the Castle on the Sea once you reach the Third Sea.

When you talk to them, you’ll need to choose the raid theme. From there, you have two options: trade a physical fruit from your inventory for a raid chip, or pay 100,000 Beli.

And that’s it.

How to start a Raid

If you are not eligible to host a Raid, don’t worry, you just have to join one. Being friend with someone who is eligible to host a Raid is the best shot you have.

But, joining a Raid under leveled might not get well. You see the enemies you will face in the Raid are tough and made to stand level 1100 and above. So, the best option is to reach as close as possible to level 1100. You don’t need the absolute best gear in the game, but you do need enough strength to survive the fight without running out of time.

Each Raid rewards you with anywhere from 250 to 1,000 Fragments. On top of that, you can earn a time bonus, which is calculated as 4.5 times the number of seconds left on the clock. This bonus only applies until you hit the cap of 1,000 Fragments.

If you don’t manage to finish the Raid in time, you won’t walk away empty-handed. Instead, you’ll get a consolation prize equal to 60 multiplied by the island number you reached. For example, clearing up to Island 4 would net you 240 Fragments.

Earned some good amount of Fragments? Now it is time to learn how to awaken fruits in Blox Fruits.

Now next steps are easy!

To Awaken any Fruit in the game, you just need to ask the Mysterious Entity.

But, don’t worry. You do not need to put extra efforts to find him. When you are done completing a Raid, you will be automatically teleported into a yellow room, where you will find Mysterious Entity waiting for you.

You can buy Awakening Upgrades by spending Fragments. Each upgrade for each fruit requires a different Fragments price.
