The latest update of Genshin Impact has gone live now. The patch update brings version 1.5 of the game on all platforms with a ton of bug fixes, a lot of new features, and some new events. Well, the first event of update 1.5 – ‘To the Stars Once More’ went live on April 28. ‘To the Stars Once More’ Event Duration

The all-new event went live after the server maintenance for the new version 1.5 concluded. You can participate in the event right away. The event will be available till the 17th of May. And players will be able to earn the rewards by the 20th of May.

How to participate in ‘To the Stars Once More’ event in Genshin Impact

  • STEP 1 – First of all, you will have to go to the official event page of Genshin Impact. Visit this link (Visit Now) to proceed.
  • STEP 2 – This will redirect you to the official event page. There you need to log-in with your miHoYo account.
  • STEP 3 – After completing the log-in procedure, you need to select a server along with a corresponding Genshin Impact character. This is to ensure that players will be able to receive and claim rewards from the event.
  • STEP 4 – Well, if you are a console user (PS4/ PS5), you can easily access the event mail from the mail option in the Paimon Menu.
  • STEP 5 – And that’s pretty much it. That’s how you can participate in the new Genshin Impact event.

Why I can’t participate in ‘To the Stars Once More’ Event in Genshin Impact

The all-new update of Genshin Impact, version 1.5 brings the new ‘To the Stars Once More’ event to the game. Well, the developers have created eligibility criteria, and the players who are eligible can participate in the event. You can check out the criteria below.

  1. Players must have Adventure Rank 10 or more. If you have an Adventure Rank less than 10, you can wait for your rank to promote and enjoy the event after that.
  2. Players must be actively playing the game for the last 14 days. If you have been inactive for some time, you need to be active on the game for at least 14 days since the last game login.
  3. The last time that the travelers activated the “Stellar Reunion” event was over 45 days ago (not including the day of activation).

NOTE: If you start grinding to reach Adventure Rank 10, you will receive the event mail upon reaching Adventure Rank 10. You can participate in the event after that to receive the rewards.
