The game became an instant success, breaking all kinds of records and raking in 100 million downloads in the first week of itself, and around 150 million installs in the first month.
It has been more than a year since its launch and it does not seem to stop growing as the most popular game on the mobile platform. So much so, that only in the first week since its release, COD Mobile Chinese version has recorded 100 million players. You read that right! 100 million is not a small number. Yet in just one week the Chinese counterpart of the game was able to hit that milestone. This just shows the sheer popularity of the game.
