This is not suggested since the zone of exclusions limits how near Overworld portals may be put, resulting in unpredictable portal placement.

Because of the coordinate change, portals produced in the Nether are considerably more likely to have ideal coordinates that are horizontally distant from the Overworld portal that generated them — in fact, they may construct a new portal in the Overworld instead of connecting back to the original portal when utilized
